Format of the presentations

The conference will be divided into three main subjects divided themselves into two symposia. The three main subjects will be leaded in parallel sessions so that to offer the largest exposure of their works to delegates.  Three types of presentations will be given. Keynotes will be given by selected recognised scientists. Oral presentations and poster with an oral introduction are also proposed.

Keynote lectures

For Each of the three main topics, two or three long keynote presentations (40 to 60 min) per day giving the state of the art in relevant subjects will be given by highly recognised scientist.

Regular presentations: Oral

In order to allow a good exposure of their work, delegates will be offered the possibility to expose their work in slots of 20 minutes. Delegates with oral presentations who want to give a larger exposure to their work are offered the possibility (without any additional fee) to expose a poster in dedicated sessions. PhD students at the end of their project are warmly welcome.

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations are also welcome. To give more exposure to their work delegates who are offered a poster presentation will have the possibility to introduce their work in mini oral presentations.

Two pages abstracts for oral or poster presentations will be published on the Abstract USB flash drive which will be distributed at the conference desk along with the printed program. The submission guidelines for the abstracts can be found in the submission section of the website.
